Covenant Circles

Ten people maximum. Intentionally small.

A Covenant Circle is a trusted community of five to ten entrepreneurs committed to prayer, accountability, contribution and responsible collaboration. Members don't enter to pitch. They enter to contribute.

What is a Covenant Circle?

A Covenant Circle is a small group of five to ten Christian entrepreneurs committed to prayer, accountability, contribution and responsible collaboration. Circles meet on a fixed ten-step rhythm and never exceed ten active members — the limit is enforced by the platform's database, not left to discretion.

Why are Covenant Circles limited to ten people?

Covenant Circles are limited to ten so that every member can still speak, be missed when absent, and be held to what they said they would do. Beyond ten, a circle tends to become an audience. When a circle is full, a new numbered circle is opened rather than stretching the existing one.

How do I join a Covenant Circle?

To join a Covenant Circle you register, verify your email and identity or business, accept the Community Covenant, and submit an application saying why you are joining and what you will contribute. A circle leader or administrator reviews it and admits you if a circle has space.

Why ten

Past ten, a circle becomes an audience.

Ten is the point where everyone can still speak, still be missed when absent, and still be held to what they said they would do. Beyond it, the quiet members go quiet permanently.

So the limit is not a guideline. When a circle reaches ten active members it shows ROOM FULL and admits nobody else. The rule is enforced inside the database, in a transaction — not by hiding a button — so two people accepting at the same moment cannot produce an eleventh member. An administrator opens the next circle instead.

Circle directory

Live capacity, circle by circle.

No Covenant Circles have been opened yet. Circles are created by administrators as verified members become ready for them, and this directory shows real capacity as soon as the first one exists.

Applications are still welcome — they are what tells us which region and industry to open first.

Every meeting

The same rhythm, every time.

A Covenant Circle is not an open-ended conversation. It runs to a structure, so prayer does not get squeezed out by business and business does not get squeezed out by catch-up.

Members record a current goal, a current challenge, a prayer need, the help they need, what they commit to before the next meeting, and their progress since the last one. Sensitive notes have their own privacy control — private to you, shared with the circle, or visible to leaders only.
