These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Praying Preneurs platform, presented by Evangelism Warehouse. By creating an account you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.

1. The service

Praying Preneurs provides a Christian prayer community for entrepreneurs, including hosted Zoom prayer sessions, prayer request submission, testimonies, schedules, and resources. The service is provided for spiritual encouragement and community.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

Prayer is offered alongside wisdom, planning, integrity, and diligent work. We make no promise or guarantee of financial success, business results, or any specific outcome. Nothing on the platform constitutes business, financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity on your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

4. Your content

  • You retain ownership of prayer requests and testimonies you submit.
  • By submitting a testimony with consent to publish, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform (anonymously if you choose).
  • You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

5. Acceptable use

  • No solicitation, selling, fundraising, or recruiting within the community.
  • No harassment, hateful conduct, or breach of another member’s confidentiality.
  • No attempt to circumvent security or access data you are not authorised to see.

6. Third-party services

Prayer sessions run on Zoom, which has its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evangelism Warehouse and Praying Preneurs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
