Praying Preneurs (“we”, “us”), presented by Evangelism Warehouse, is committed to protecting your privacy — above all the confidentiality of your prayer requests. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, country, time zone, preferred language.
• Optional business data: business name, industry, business stage, primary prayer need.
• Prayer content: prayer requests, testimonies, and notes you choose to submit.
• Usage data: prayer-room join events and coarse, privacy-conscious analytics events.
• Consent records: when you accept our terms, privacy policy, and community guidelines.

2. How we use it

• To operate the prayer platform: prayer room access, schedules in your local time, request routing to prayer leaders.
• To send notifications you have opted into (session reminders, request updates, announcements).
• To keep the community safe through moderation and audit logging.

3. Prayer request confidentiality

• Private prayer requests are visible only to assigned prayer leaders and administrators, enforced by database-level Row-Level Security.
• Anonymous community requests never display your name.
• Prayer request content is never sent to analytics or advertising providers.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers required to run the platform (hosting, database, email delivery) under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

• You may request account deletion from your profile page; we deactivate the account and delete personal data within a reasonable period.
• Anonymised, aggregate statistics may be retained.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us through the contact page to exercise them.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections, role-based access control, database Row-Level Security, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children

The platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
